Terms of Service | Lions Central Multimídias

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the internal operational automation system ("Superapp Lions" or "Platform"), owned and operated by Lions Central Multimidias LTDA ("Lions Central Multimídias").

By logging into or operating the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Internal, Restricted Nature and Access Conditions#

1.1. Strictly Enterprise Purpose: Superapp Lions is an internal, restricted corporate tool designed exclusively for authorized personnel of Lions Central Multimídias to catalog automotive parts, compose ad graphics, prepare marketplace listings, and organize operational workflows.

1.2. Invitation and Allowlist Required: Access is private and restricted. User authentication requires prior authorization and registration of the user's email address on the company's internal database allowlist. Having an active Google account does not grant access unless pre-authorized.

1.3. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Users are granted access based on specific operational roles:

Administrator: Full administrative rights across users, roles, commercial policies, fiscal parameters, audit trails, and final listing approvals;
Operator: Restricted strictly to assigned operational modules.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities#

2.1. Credential Confidentiality: Users must keep credentials confidential. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Incident Notification: Users must immediately notify IT security if any unauthorized credential access or security breach is suspected.

2.3. Data Accuracy: Operators must input accurate, verified specifications from manufacturers and documented sources. Speculative technical data is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy#

Users shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform;
Circumvent rate limits, authentication barriers, or Row-Level Security policies;
Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on the Platform;
Transmit malware, exploit payloads, or prompt-injection attacks;
Use the Platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

4. Artificial Intelligence Generated Content#

4.1. Draft Status Only: Content structured with generative AI represents provisional draft material.

4.2. Mandatory Human Review: No listing, title, or media may be published externally without deterministic automated validation and explicit human review and approval.

4.3. No Fabricated Specifications: AI systems and users are forbidden from inventing vehicle compatibility, warranty terms, or accessory bundles without verifiable reference sources.

4.4. No Third-Party Marketplace Guarantees: Lions Central Multimídias does not guarantee specific commercial sales volumes, ranking, or marketplace performance.

5. Third-Party Integrations#

5.1. External API Dependencies: The Platform interfaces with Google Cloud APIs (OIDC Identity, Drive media storage, and Gmail), Mercado Livre APIs (listing publishing), and OpenAI APIs (structured draft generation).

5.2. Third-Party Availability: Service disruptions or policy changes by third-party providers do not constitute liability on the part of Lions Central Multimídias.

5.3. Google API Adherence: Data received from Google APIs strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

6. Service Availability and Technical Support#

6.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for internal business hours operations.

6.2. Maintenance and updates are performed outside peak business hours whenever feasible.

7. Intellectual Property#

All software code, database structures, graphic templates, logos, and trademarks associated with Superapp Lions remain the exclusive property of Lions Central Multimidias LTDA. Authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive internal operating license.

8. Limitation of Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted under Brazilian law, Lions Central Multimídias is not liable for indirect damages, network carrier outages, or inaccuracies entered by users in breach of internal protocols.

9. Account Termination#

Access may be revoked immediately upon employee termination, policy breach, or security incident investigation.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Goiânia - GO, State of Brazil.
