How We Use Google APIs
Superapp Lions adheres strictly to the principle of least privilege, using Google Cloud services only for necessary enterprise operations:
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Validates staff identity (`openid`, `email`, `profile`). Authorization, roles, and module access are decided internally by our PostgreSQL allowlist database.
Google Drive (`drive.file`)
Stores product photos organized into SKU folders and holds a single encrypted daily database backup file. Access is restricted solely to files created by the app.
Operational Reports
Sends automated daily internal task summaries and security alerts. The app **never reads**, indexes, or scans user inboxes or incoming emails.
